You can see almost the whole tool path except the initial helical cut to depth. The slot is 1.25x2.125x.25.

Did you use a tool diameter equal to the width of
that slot? Looks like you have a lot of chatter going on there.

No I didn’t. The tool was 3/8" the slot is 1.25" wide. This is what the tool path was. It spirals out on the right and then makes .05" step over cuts going left then does a finis h pass around the edge.
